Bottle Baby 101 Class on Sunday at Animal Care Services

SAN ANTONIO (June 5, 2026) – As local shelters see continued intake during their busiest season, San Antonio Animal Care Services (SAACS) is hosting another free workshop to teach would-be pet fosters the skills to help the tiniest tummies.

The Bottle Baby 101 class is open to the entire community and will take place on Sunday, June 7, from 10 – 11 a.m. at San Antonio Animal Care Services, located at 4710 State Highway 151. Residents can register at SAACS.info/bbfoster.

The free classes help residents care for newborn puppies and kittens too young to survive on their own. Topics include bottle feeding, warming, and safe handling techniques, as well as the importance of fostering to save lives.
