Animal Care Services Brings Fiesta Flair to Fee-Waived Adoption Event

SAN ANTONIO (April 25, 2025) - Hundreds of local pets are hoping to celebrate San Antonio’s signature party with a family of their own. San Antonio Animal Care Services (SAACS) is teaming up with the Animal Defense League (ADL) and San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA) to host Fiesta Furr-Ever, a fee-waived adoption extravaganza just in time for the big party. From Friday, April 25 - Sunday, April 27, would-be adopters can visit any of the three participating shelters to find their new furry Fiesta companion. Participating locations include:

• San Antonio Animal Care Services: 4710 State Hwy 151 
• San Antonio Pets Alive!: 4710 State Hwy 151, Bldg. 1 | Petco Love Adoption Center- 6001 NW Loop 410 | Medical Care Center-9107 Marbach Rd.  
• Animal Defense League:11300 Nacogdoches | Paul Jolly Center For Pet Adoptions-210 Tuleta  

Adopters can also view available pets anytime at each shelter’s website: SAACS.net, ADLTexas.org and SanAntonioPetsAlive.org. All ACS pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped with a lifetime registration. ACS adopted dogs qualify for lifetime access to shelter trainers for guidance and training opportunities. Standard adoption hours, policies and procedures apply at each location.
