SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department Recruiting detail is excited to host the 2025 SAPD SWAT Challenge at the San Antonio Training Academy. This FREE event allows participants to engage with the SWAT Team in a fun, family friendly sporting event. Participants can register a team of 4, to take on the timed Obstacle Course to beat SWAT’s time. This recruiting tool has been effective in the past allowing SAPD to simultaneously recruit qualified candidates and engage with our community.
The SWAT Challenge was created due to the great interest in our SAPD SWAT Team by our applicants. This event places our SWAT Team front and center with our community and interested applicants in a non-police situation. Sign up today on the SAPD Careers Website.
