Join us this summer for family friendly sports classics at Movies by Moonlight in Travis Park on Tuesdays in June and July!
SAN ANTONIO (May 4, 2023) — The City of San Antonio invites the community to visit Travis Park, Historic Market Square and La Villita Historic Arts Village this June and July for a wide variety of events.
Travis Park Events

Movies by Moonlight
When: Tuesday, June 6, 13, 20, & 27, July 11, 18, & 25; Activities begin at 7:45 p.m.; movie begins after sunset
Movies by Moonlight returns this summer at Travis Park! This FREE outdoor, family friendly event features a movie, food trucks and kids activities on Tuesdays in June and July. Enjoy free parking after 5 p.m. at City-operated garages, lots, and meters as part of Downtown Tuesday (nearby parking is available in the St. Mary’s Garage, 205 E. Travis St.). Leashed pets, lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks are welcome. This year's theme is family-friendly sports classics!

When: Thursday, June 8, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
On the second Thursday of each month, join us for a quick bite or relaxing lunch from several San Antonio food trucks, including the La Villita Cafe and Guadalajara Grill. Check out the City's SAPark website for easy, convenient, and affordable parking! A full list of City-owned garages, lots and meters can be found here. Downtown Tuesday offers free parking on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. in City-owned parking facilities, and City Tower Sundays offers free parking on Sundays from 7 a.m. to midnight at the City Tower Garage located at 117 W. Commerce.
